uniFLOW can optimize document processes by capturing documents from various sources then automatically process and distribute them to a variety of destinations. Workflows can be fine-tuned using the powerful Workflow Editor.
uniFLOW is a complete scan management software designed to provide optimum value when digitalizing documents. uniFLOW provides better control of documents and increases employee efficiency. The lean intuitive user interface and secure personalized “follow-me” scan workflows reap immediate benefits. The combination of uniFLOW scan functionality with secure printing features creates a holistic business solution for document management processes.
With uniFLOW, documents can be scanned directly from both Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE and Canon imageFORMULA Scanners into prescribed business processes that have been defined to meet specific requirements. On successful authentication users can only see scan workflows relevant to them. The administrator is able to stipulate which workflows can be accessed by each department or user. These workflows will “follow” users from one location to another.
With uniFLOW, scanned documents can be processed automatically by zonal OCR or barcode recognition. This will extrapolate information contained in a document to allow automatic pre-fill of index information as well as conversion to formats such as Microsoft Word.
